  • Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!

    24 Jun 2015 | 6:05 am
“How well did we do today in terms of customer satisfaction?” seems like a pretty standard question right? But as a customer with so many choices out there I don’t want to be satisfied.  I want companies to WOW me. I want to be impressed! So, lets break this down here. The dictionary defines satisfaction as “the state of contentment” and not that there is anything wrong with being content but I WANT MORE! Being content doesn’t move me to tell others about my experience, and it certainly doesn’t excite me to promote your brand or products.

    14 May 2015 | 12:00 pm
I was recently asked the question Is buying in smaller quantities considered a “faux pas” ? and this got me to thinking… Is it? I found myself thinking about it more and more as I walked through my local Costco watching busy shoppers pile more and more into their carts. So I took to figuring out is it really better to buy in larger quantities? While buying in smaller quantities…

    24 Mar 2015 | 10:26 am
It’s a really great question and I lot of people are curious. So, I’m sitting here thinking “hummmm… what do I say? Or rather, write?” I wish I had a high tech, super complicated mathematical equation I could tell you goes into the cost of wristband to make me look really smart. However, the answer is really simple. While there are many things that can drive the cost of a wristband, including the material, quality of product, printing options etc. There is only one main driving factor. POPULARITY! Yep, that’s right. It’s just like high school all…
